About these terms

This website is run by Book Cresta, an Amazon KDP publishing and book marketing service led by Mubashir. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Book Cresta. By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Using this website

• The website describes our services and lets you contact us or book a call. The information on it is general and is not advice about your particular book until we have reviewed it.
• Please give accurate details when you contact us, and do not misuse the forms or try to disrupt the website.
• The text, design and graphics on this website belong to Book Cresta. Book covers, author names and photographs belong to their owners and are shown to illustrate our work.

Free calls

A strategy call is free and puts you under no obligation. If you cannot attend, please reschedule or let us know. What we suggest on a call is based on what you show us at the time.

Quotes and projects

• Before any paid work begins you receive a written quote or proposal. It sets out what we will do, the price, the timing, and how revisions, cancellation and refunds work for that project.
• Work starts once you accept the quote and make any agreed payment.
• Timings depend on receiving what we need from you, such as files, access and feedback. Delays in these may move the delivery date.
• Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
• If the quote and these terms differ, the quote applies.

What you are responsible for

• You own, or have permission to use, everything you give us: your manuscript, images, cover artwork and any quoted material.
• Your book and its listing follow the rules of the platforms it is sold and advertised on, including Amazon KDP, Amazon Ads and Meta.
• You keep ownership and control of your own accounts. For advertising, you invite us as a user and can remove us at any time. We never ask for your Amazon password.
• Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to Amazon or Meta. They are separate from our fees.

Results

We work to improve how your book is found and how well its page converts, but we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, including sales, rankings, reviews, bestseller or new-release badges, or advertising returns. These depend on things outside our control, such as your genre, price, cover, reviews, budget, competitors and decisions made by Amazon and Meta. Rankings, figures and client results shown on this website are real examples from individual projects. They are not a promise of what your book will achieve.

Who owns the work

• Once a project is paid for in full, the finished work we created for you is yours to use: formatted files, listing text, A+ Content designs, advertising campaigns and landing pages.
• We keep our own methods, templates and tools.
• We may mention that we worked on your book and show the finished public work in our portfolio. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

Confidentiality

We keep your unpublished manuscript, sales figures and advertising data confidential and use them only for your project. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal details.

Other companies

Amazon, Kindle and KDP are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Book Cresta is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by either company. Those platforms set their own rules and can change them, or change or remove a listing, an advert or an account, at any time. We are not responsible for their decisions or for the content of other websites we link to.

Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost sales, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending a project

Either of us may end a project by written notice. What happens to fees already paid and work already done is set out in your quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a problem arises, please contact us first so we can try to put it right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. A project already under way continues under the terms and quote in place when it began.
